How an enquiry is handled
- What to include
- The parties, the court or authority, the stage the matter has reached, and the date of the next hearing if there is one. A short account is enough; the papers come later.
- Confidentiality
- Please do not send privileged material with a first enquiry. Until the chamber has confirmed that there is no conflict and that it can act, an enquiry does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
- What happens next
- The enquiry is read by a partner. We check for conflicts, and reply to say whether we can take the matter on and, if so, propose a time to confer.

Finding the office
The office is on the lower ground floor of A-446, Defence Colony. Lajpat Nagar and Jangpura are the nearest metro stations. Parking is on the street outside.
