Consultations are by appointment, at the office or by video.
Consultations are by appointment. To fix one, write to the chamber or telephone during office hours and we will confirm a time. A first conference is usually held at the office; where the matter is urgent it can be held by video.
The office is on the lower ground floor of A-446, Defence Colony. Lajpat Nagar and Jangpura are the nearest metro stations. Parking is on the street outside.
Preparation
Coming to a conference
- Before the conference
- Send the order or notice that prompted the enquiry, and the date of the next hearing, so that the conference can begin from the record.
- What to bring
- The pleadings and orders in the matter so far, any notice or summons received, and the correspondence that led to the dispute. Copies are fine.
- How long
- A first conference is usually an hour. If the matter is listed within days, say so when writing and the chamber will find the earliest time it can.
